Heather Dixon attended Soothing Arts -Healing Therapies School of Massage in Destin, Florida in 2006 to become a Professional Licensed Massage Therapist experienced with providing relief from sore muscles by using soft-tissue manipulation techniques that are mechanical, physiological, psychological & reflexive in nature. She’s been using her hands (including reiki & trigger point work) to help heal herself and others for many years before building her career.
She was drawn to this career for the purpose of healing, this was not a quick career choice, it was a heart-felt desire to help aid the body into fine-tuning it’s healing capabilities. It is about being able to naturally work on finding the causes of pain and not just masking them. She is skilled in many modalities and is currently in a long program to become a Certified Aromatherapist with the Aromahead Institute. She has owned and operated her own business since 2007 under the name Heather I Dixon LMT until 2017 she decided to change the name of her business to D’Spa Therapies. After 16 years being located in the Harbour Village Executive Center, She is relocating to start February 2026 alongside Clipper’s Cove on 23rd St.
